If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply email us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will process a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund: Email support@lynncalloway.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your name and the email address used for your purchase. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

One-Time Product Purchases

For all one-time digital product purchases (ebooks, guides, and templates), our 30-day money-back guarantee applies. Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be processed.

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds based solely on the fact that you have already downloaded and accessed the product. Our guarantee is based on your satisfaction with the content and value provided.

How Refunds Are Processed
